The Tile Over Stainless Steel shower tray is a premium waterproofing solution for tiled showers and wetrooms. Custom-made from 304 or 316 stainless steel with an engineered XPS base, it provides a built-in 1:50 fall and an impermeable layer beneath tiles, eliminating the need for screeding and reducing installation time. Ideal for multi-level builds, timber framing, and intertenancy projects, it ensures complete protection against water damage.
The Tile Over Stainless Shower Tray features a linear channel and grate for drainage, placed at the lowest end of the fall to ensure proper water flow. It includes a tile bar with sub-tile drainage paths to prevent tile damage from moisture. Maximum tray dimensions are 2800mm x 1300mm.
Maximum distance to outlet 1500mm in any direction (additional outlets required beyond this).
A non-variable 50mm flange is required on all Floor/Entry (F) edges.
True flush entry can only be achieved when:
– 3 wall upstands are present
– Channel is opposite entry
– Fall is directed away from entry
Where fewer than 3 wall upstands are used, a minimum 10mm drip edge will be included.
Any install not meeting this criteria, may result in a 10mm set-down included into the tray design.
