Fire Band
Allproof Fire Bands are designed to provide passive fire protection for plastic pipes penetrating plasterboard walls. Made from galvanised steel, the Fire Band securely houses an Allproof Fire Wrap on each face of the wall, ensuring an effective fire-resistant seal when exposed to high temperatures. The design features slide tabs and fold-back mounting points for fast and secure installation, delivering compliance and reliability for multi-residential and commercial projects.

Installation Instructions:
- Open fire band around pipe, slide tabs through slot and fold back 180° to secure. Slide into plasterboard wall penetration.
- Install an Allproof pipe wrap on each face of the plasterboard wall (two per fire band).
- Seal gap between the Fire Band and the plasterboard of both wall faces with intumescent sealant.
