The Allproof Cyclone puddle flange has been created to provide modern bathrooms with an easy-to-install and maintain drainage solution. The puddle flange has a height-adjustable spigot meaning the tiler, plumber or installer can easily adjust the spigot to suit the tile depth when installing the grate.

The flange is designed to work on tiled floors, the puddle flange surface is rebated into the floor substrate with a screeded fall towards the centre. The kit comes with a construction cap to prevent debris from entering the drain during installation. Kit also includes a riser pipe and floor waste gully trap, these are installed and connected to the DWV system. The waterproof membrane is applied over the entire floor and walls creating a tanked wet room, the puddle flange surface is textured to ensure a strong durable bond. Once tiles have been installed the Cyclone spigot is adjusted by turning the thread to set the grate height to be flush with the finished floor tiles.

Allproof’s Cyclone Puddle Flange doesn’t have a stepdown in the flange meaning it’s easier to rebate/install and passive fire rate for larger projects. The flange and spigot design has a sub-tile drainage path to remove moisture and prevent tiles from ‘popping’.
