Allproof’s round drainage pit is the ideal solution for exterior surface stormwater catchment. This economical and durable pit sump is moulded from 100% recycled plastic. The pit has a cast iron lid that has been designed to resist heels getting caught in the grate (heelproof). With a 35% open area and 700mm depth, it has excellent hydraulic performance and capacity. The round design avoids aligning with pavers, walls or street furniture making installation a lot easier. This robust drainage pit has the option of adding a pit riser, the riser can add up to an extra 200mm depth and be easily cut to the desired height. The riser improves the drainage pits’ total capacity and installation as the pits can be hunched into place easily and risers adjusted to suit the finished surface later.

This round plastic pit drain is compatible with all exterior surfaces including pavers, tiles, concrete and asphalt. Makes an excellent drain for public areas such as courtyards, pavements, public spaces and corrals as well as private residential areas like large driveways or patios. Can be used in conjunction with Allroof’s linear channel drainage range as a catchment and silt trap before going to the local authorities’ stormwater system.
