The Ultimate Roof Drain

The Sureflow roof drain has been designed for Australian residential and commercial flat roofs. The Sureflow is a durable uPVC roof drain. The thick gauged wall of the flange means that it is fully compatible with liquid, solvent and heat-applied roof membranes. The large diameter flange provides an excellent surface for waterproof roofing membrane to be applied to, creating a leakproof drainage outlet. The clamp ring mechanically locks the roof waterproofing surface into place, the grates use a cam-lock system so they can be removed for maintenance and inspection without disturbing the membrane. PVC Sureflow bases provide economic advantages over bronze or cast iron options, are lighter and easier to install, and reduce load-bearing requirements on large flat roofs.

Grate options include a dome grate, overflow attachment and a flat grate available in black plastic and 316 stainless steel. All black ASA plastic roof drainage grates and clamp rings are UV resistant and designed for Australian conditions. The Sureflow roof drain base also has the option of a clamping collar with a pipe locator meaning it can be used in a podium scenario with Allproof’s storm series point drain.

The Sureflow roof drain comes with spigot outlet sizes of 80mm, 100mm and 150mm that fits directly into the pipe with a double flange option if required. The different sized bases all have the same outer circumference meaning the grates are interchangeable providing flexibility.
